Charcuties Catering exists to create beautiful, handcrafted charcuterie and catering experiences that bring people together without compromise. We are committed to honoring every dietary need, allergy restriction, and cultural preference with care, precision, and respect—because inclusion is not optional, it’s essential. At Charcuties, we believe everyone deserves a seat at the table, and we design every board and every menu to make that belief a reality.

My motivation to build this business comes from a simple but powerful belief:

Everyone deserves to feel included, seen, and safe when food is shared
Food is at the center of our most meaningful moments—celebrations, weddings, milestones—and too often, people with allergies, dietary restrictions, or cultural needs are quietly excluded. I want to change that.

This mission is deeply personal. As a nurse and mother of children with multiple food allergies, scholarly-sourced research and advocacy are driving forces. I live daily with the reality that many food-centered environments are not designed with safety or inclusion in mind. I have spent years advocating for allergy-friendly food options within many organizations, working to ensure children can participate in activities and celebrations fully without fear or being singled out. That advocacy naturally extends to a strong commitment to inclusivity for both children and adults from all ethnic and religious backgrounds. I believe food should bring people together—not create barriers—and that belief drives every decision I make as a business owner.​​
We intentionally serve people who are often overlooked by traditional catering models. We focus on inclusive food practices through strict allergy-safe preparation, clear labeling, thoughtful sourcing, culturally respectful offerings, and including the customer’s voice and needs from start to finish. The purpose of the business is to provide meaningful solutions for dietary restrictions without sacrificing beauty, abundance, or celebration. Every board is designed so guests can gather confidently, knowing their needs have been considered.
