We meticulously avoid cross-contamination by sanitizing workspaces, utilizing completely separate and designated utensils, and creating distinct serving sections to physically isolate allergy-friendly elements. We go beyond basic food handling certification and maintain ServSafe Allergen Essentials certification.

  • Clear & Transparent Labeling: We want our guests to gather confidently. By clearly labeling our boards with small signs or tags, guests can easily identify safe foods and navigate their choices independently without anxiety. Nutrition information is always available upon request.

  • Thoughtful Sourcing: We specifically seek out high-quality ingredients that are minimally processed and explicitly marked as allergen-free to minimize risks. While culturally sensitive and allergy-conscious sourcing can increase costs, it is a non-negotiable part of our commitment to your safety.

  • Culturally Respectful Offerings: We prioritize the customer’s voice from start to finish, ensuring our offerings respect all cultural considerations requested, so that no guest feels singled out or left behind.

Menu Options Tailored to Your Needs

By thoughtfully selecting ingredients, we customize our boards to accommodate a wide variety of diets. Some past examples are:

  • Gluten-Free Grazing: We build safe foundations using certified gluten-free crackers and bread alternatives, paired with strictly vetted meats, cheeses, and dips to ensure absolutely no hidden gluten exposure.

  • Vegan & Dairy-Free: For our plant-based guests, we offer rich dairy-free cheeses, plant-based spreads, and innovative vegan charcuterie meats alongside vibrant fresh produce.

  • Halal Charcuterie: We curate stunning boards using high-quality, award-winning halal cured meats—such as smoky beef salchichon and cured beef bacon and salami—paired with artisan cheeses, fruits, and antipasti.

  • Nut-Free Commitment: We prepare our foods in a designated nut free kitchen. Should you wish to include peanuts or tree nuts in your meal, we can help you calculate a quantity and leave space for you to add those to your board or catering spread. Boards that have had nuts added to them by our clients will not be reused or reintroduced to our kitchen.
